RAMADAN IS A BLESSING

One day to go and here comes the Holy month of Ramadan which brings peace in our souls. It is because the moment you truly realize that everything happens by the permission of Allah , all your worries begin to fade away. Ramadan is a much awaited Islamic month because it brings sense of brotherhood among all the Muslims and a peaceful breeze of splendid happiness which spreads around. There are 4 things that make Ramadan superior to other months are: Best night of the year (Laylatul Qadar), Revelation of the Holy Quran, Gates of heaven are opened and hell are closed, kinds of worships in Ramadan which are not done during other months.i.e, Fasting, Qayamul Layl, Feeding poor, Iteqaf, Zakat, Sadqah, Reciting Holy Quran.

The perfect style guide for Summers


As we all know that summer is around the corner so it is necessary to know about the tips that would help us making our summers enjoyable like a "beauty-locked" person. There are some secret tricks that can enable one to indulge in the colors of summers without any hesitation.

Drink a lot of water:
Almost every one of us knows that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and specially in summers when the temperature outside is getting more hot. Perspiration in summers reduces the amount of water in the body and hence it requires a lot of water for normal metabolism and keeping the body hydrated. Drinking a lot of water will help your skin look fresh all day without putting tons of makeup on yourself.


Skincare in Summers:
It's very hard to keep your skin flawless in summers. But that's not the end of the world, there are some tips & tricks to achieve such beautiful skin.


1.Start washing your face with a good face wash and cleanse your skin with a good quality cleanser but make sure whatever product you are using must be of your skin type and appropriate for your age.


2.Replace heavy face creams to a light moisturizer. 


 3.Apply face mask once a week if you have any skin problems, but the mask should be according to your skin problem. You can even make face masks at home but be careful you are not using anything that your skin is allergic to or may harm your skin in anyway.


4.Apply sunblock when you go outside. Many people say that sunblock is an extra ordinary thing and it is not that necessary to use. But not using sunblock may be harmful for your skin especially in areas where sun always wanders over your head. Sunblock is an amazing source of protection against harmful sun rays.



5.At last but not the least, stay away from dirt and you will find your skin's condition much better than before.
Diet in Summers:
 'You are what you eat' that's true, your diet really matters for your physical appearance. In summers there are variety of fruits and vegetables. You can make fresh juices of fruits and eat vegetable salads. Using fresh fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins is an effective remedy for skin glowing and staying fit. Try eating lighter  and healthier diet.Visit a nutritionist or dietitian and get a proper diet plan. You will soon feel a huge difference in your health.


Going easy on Makeup:
Wearing tons of makeup in summers will harm your skin and won't even look pretty. You can conceal your flaws with a concealer and put a little bit of loose powder plus you can tint your lips with a matte lip gloss or any lip color you like. Try enhancing your natural beauty with homemade treatments and eventually the condition of your skin will rise to a next level.


Using a deodorant:
The use of deodorant in summers is a must-have thing. It should be used twice or thrice in a day or whenever you feel like using it. Deodorant helps keeping away the bad smells and enhances one's personality. It also reduces the rate of perspiration and keeps you fresh all day.

` True colors of summers:
Avoid wearing loud, dark and bright colors. Try wearing light colors like light range of blues, greens, yellows, limes, pinks,etc. Wearing these colors will define your personality as well so take care of how you are wearing these colors.

Summers dress code: 
In Summers it is important to wear light breath-able fabric to avoid perspiration. Switch to light fabrics like cotton and lawn which is favorite among people in Pakistan. Wearing light fabrics will make you feel light as well.

Hair styles in Summers:
Summer always brings lots of change in our routine, lifestyle and the same case is with our hair. Normally, we just leave our hair open, flip it either right or left and we are all set to go but in summers it feels quite uncomfortable. Move on to some new hair styles that all of us will love and are even easy to carry in such hot summer season. You could try french braids, hair buns, high pony-tails,etc.

 

    Even though summer is an intense season and it may bring  a lot of complications in one's life, yet we should enjoy it to the fullest. Summers is the sign of life and colors and its intensity should not keep us from enjoying like we do in other seasons of the year.

As we all know that Essence has been giving us makeup products that are quite affordable so in this post I am going to give a review to you guys on Essence XXXL long lasting lip gloss matt effect - 05 'Velvet Rose'. Have a look on the review below:

This is actually a must-have product. It has a beautiful velvety texture which will give your lips a smooth effect. This gloss will stay on you lips for several hours without making them look dried off. I got this 05-Velvet Rose and I am absolutely loving it. It specially suites the girls having fair skin complexion.

SAY GOODBYE TO STRESS

Stress is the most annoying shit ever. If we come to the definition of stress then Stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. When you sense danger—whether it’s real or imagined—the body's defenses kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the “fight-or-flight-or-freeze” reaction, or the stress response. Well, if we take things scientifically then it would become a bit complicated for us to find out solution for our stressed-up routine. So I'm gonna share some useful daily routine tips with you guys. 

1. Take shower to drain away the stress: Taking shower is one of the best way of getting rid of stress. Showering can make you feel better because when you take a shower you are alone. Having your time all by yourself you'll feel relieved of being tension free from every sort of issues. As people say bathroom is the best place for stressed people.


2. The ice cream deals: When you are stressed decorate some ice cream in your own creative manner and eat your masterpiece of creativity. Decorated ice cream will make you happy =) 


3. Backward counting: It seems like I'm talking about kindergarten kids counting the numbers backwardly. But it actually helps releasing stress. When you focus on things that bother you and take a deep breath after every number you count you'll soon realize that you are actually exhaling out air along with all the tension out of the league. 


4. Music relaxes your mind: Listening to your favorite music makes you feel good. But you should keep one thing in mind DO NOT listen to sad and gloomy music. Try listening some pop and loud music that will make you feel like dancing with happiness. 


5. Keep yourself busy and think less: Keep yourself busy in different activities and avoid thinking about the bad things. Stay calm and do something productive. For example you can read books, watch movies, play video games, have get together with friends, go out for a walk etc. Stop overthinking as it will make you feel more relaxed.
